When will my order arrive?

Products are made to order. Please allow around 2–7 business days for production, plus the delivery time shown at checkout. Production and transit can vary by item and destination. Check our delivery information, and contact us before ordering for a specific event date.

How much is delivery?

Your delivery charge is calculated at checkout before payment. Different products may come from different production partners and can arrive separately.

How do I choose a size?

Compare a garment that fits you with the measurements on the product page. Our size and fit guide explains how to measure. If a chart is missing, contact us for help before ordering.

Can I add my own name or change the design?

Standard listings are supplied with the design shown in the product images. They do not include customer personalisation.

Can I return an item?

Read our returns and refunds policy for the process and applicable rights. For an ordinary eligible change-of-mind return, notify us within 14 days of delivery and return it within the following 14 days. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer; this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.

How do I get help with an order?

Email contact@epicapparelonline.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. For a damaged or incorrect item, include clear photos so we can investigate with the production partner.
